Recipe for Immune Booster Tea:
2 cups of water
1 teaspoon echinacea root ( https://amzn.to/2B2VUUh)
1/4 teaspoon each chamomile flowers (https://amzn.to/37UQeaR), shizandra berries (if available) (https://amzn.to/3hRDbf5 )and peppermint leaves (for taste) (peppermint)
Directions:
Boil water and pour it over the herbs. Steep for 15 minutes, then strain out herbs. At first signs of illness, give 1 cup daily for every 50 lbs of body weight. As a preventive measure-give your child some before they start school or go on a long trip.
